When I watched the opening I was really pleased with it but I thought it could have used some more diegetic sound, especially in the hospital scene. Therefore I decided to layer some dialogue over the top but severely muffle it to create more tension and to make the sound more interesting because this section of the music doesn't vary as much. It also makes it seem more real as we can here the voices of the doctors, sometimes catching words like, "Pulse" to achieve greater verisimilitude.
